Even if that were the case, and I'm leaving room for the possibility I'm reading too much into the coincidence of the matter, I sincerely appreciate the attention and effort paid to the service quality here. I suspect my initial review got some attention such that a shift lead perhaps was asked to fulfill my next order after it was posted. There were only a couple people ahead of me waiting on orders this time, but it was still a noteworthy turnaround regardless. From the time I got my receipt to the time I got my order, it had only been 4 minutes. After placing my order today (Aug 6), someone was called from the back to fulfill it. Update: I waited some time, about 3 months, before returning to this location. There are plenty of new smoothie/acai places opening in our area, definitely try them first =) … – show Tldr: customer service has fallen drastically since their opening and they declined to honor their word. 2 months or so later (we had a multitude of family passings so we weren't able to stop by) and I have now been informed that they refuse to honor what we were told and that I should have checked each piece of the order when I picked it up (despite the fact that more than once our orders have been melted before making it less than a mile up the road). After calling and politely informing them of the mix up I was told we could come back later and get it replaced, no problem. Most recently my wife recieved the wrong base for her acai bowl (the biggest part of the bowl) and so didn't like it. I have worked food and retail both and so understand how it's easy to have an off-day and am very forgiving of that, but this had happened fairly consistently so we reduced our visits. However, the progressively have decreased in customer service and some employees have even been rude and offensive. to 6:00p.m.My wife and I were frequent customers when they first opened.
